We live in a very busy world that pulls us energetically in a multitude of directions that can leave us feeling scattered and overwhelmed. We experience extreme fatigue, which can become chronic and lead to several health issues. Yet, there are very specific practices to effectively manage stress and thrive.
Along with the physical benefits of yoga for the body, yoga practices and mindfulness techniques calm the mind, help manage emotions and release stress.
So often we put off what we know is best for our health. We think "I'm not ready", or 'I'm not sure if I can commit". But, we all know that it's only when we commit that we follow through. And, that when we follow through we reap the rewards of our commitment.
Hip replacements, damaged knees, frozen shoulder, sciatica, difficulty with balance (that can lead to falls) and lack of ease of mobility are common issues and concerns.
Medications and medical intervention can be exhausting; physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. But, thankfully, there are preventative options. Yoga offers various poses, with modifications, appropriate to your current state of health and mobility, as well as specific breath practices to increase your health and well-being.

Yoga
Twice weekly live yoga sessions to improve flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance.
Breathwork
Discover the power of breathwork with the Breathe Masterclass and e-book that provide simple and effective exercises for clarity and calmness of mind.
Each yoga session also includes breathwork practices to calm your nervous system, quiet the mind and draw more oxygen into the body for radiant health.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is incorporated into each weekly session to encourage present-moment awareness and reduce racing thoughts and anxiety. Enrich also includes the Intro to Mindfulness workshop with an e-book and workbook.
Meditation
A powerful tool for relieving anxiety and calming the mind. Each week, following the hatha yoga session a specific technique is taught to help quiet the mind, provide insight and inspiration, and help create new positive patterns of thought.
