Balance your chakras through this seven week Chakra Balancing Asana Program


Designed to deepen your knowledge of the chakras and integrate your learning. Each week we will move through an hour yoga asana practice with specific asana to bring your chakras into balance for greater health, harmony and peace into your life. 
Incorporating breathing exercices/pranayama, mudras and meditation.   


These are live sessions, each Sunday from 5-6pm, January 10th - February 28th, 2021
